Booking Reminders
No Extra Guests Permitted Only registered students are allowed in the studio. Friends, partners, or children may not wait inside the space during class time. This protects the privacy and comfort of our movers, and prevents unforeseen legal and liability risks.
Booking Window Closes 2 Hours Before Class Students must book their class at least 2 hours in advance. This helps us manage capacity, prepare the space, and uphold our safety protocols.
2+ clients = $35
If a customer late cancels after the 2 hour cutoff, we still expect class to be held and you’ll be compensated as if 2 students were present.
1 client = $17.50
You may cancel or facilitate class at your own discretion if there is only 1 student enrolled at the time of the booking cutoff. Again, if there are 2 students and one cancels within that window, we expect class to be held and you will be fully compensated.
Walk-Ins Are at Instructor Discretion (We do not recommend this for first time students or anyone you are not familiar with. This is mostly a safety precaution).
Walk-ins may be accepted only if:
There is space available in class
The student has already created an account in the Kenko app (there is a mandatory safety waiver embedded in the sign up)
If you allow a walk-in:
You must manually add them to your class roster in Kenko and make sure they have a card on file for payment to be processed. No cash payments - this is a safety precaution.
