General Issues at the Studio:

For most general, non-emergency issues that arise, please reach out in your shared Discord channels. This is a shared space for either Jaylah or Marti to answer questions and/or provide guidance. There may be times when you need to call for speedy support:

Running Late for Class:

Review the schedule and contact the instructor teaching before you to see if they can sign in clients and wait for your arrival.

Emergencies at the Studio:

For emergencies such as a fire, intruder, escalating violent situations, or clients needing immediate medical attention:
Call 911
